More than four operators in the same window means a second note-taker from Klang. Two floors or two applications are two observations, even if they share a backup schedule on the wall.
Rates
Starting figures, then a quote that matches the room
Backup and recovery feature usage work is priced by the visit, not by a seat. The table below is what we quote from when the site is in Klang or greater Selangor and the application is already known. Other sites, extra languages, or a restore that cannot be run on a copy will move the number.

These amounts are informational. They are not an offer of checkout, and they do not include SST if it applies to your booking. A deposit of thirty percent holds the diary dates; the rest is due after the written note or path sheet is delivered.
What changes the quote
Place
Klang, Shah Alam, Petaling Jaya, and Port Klang sit inside the starting figures. Overnight stays, Borneo sites, or a day that starts before the first bus into Klang are billed as travel on the quote.
Language of the note
A note that must be delivered in both English and Bahasa Malaysia, with feature names preserved in both, adds writing time. Mixed briefings in the room do not, if Hajar is already attending.
Whether a copy can be restored
If we can only watch a rehearsal, the review still runs, but the note will say so. A planned restore on a copy during a walkthrough does not add a fee; an unplanned live restore is not something we will price because we will not do it.
Ask for a figure from the contact page with the application name and the week. We do not publish hourly rates for leftover advice; leftover questions after a briefing are answered in a short follow-up letter included in the review.
