Flagship engagement
Backup Feature Usage Review
Two or three ordinary workdays spent beside the people who run backup and recovery, with a written note of which features they reach for, skip, or work around.
Usage reviews
Each engagement is a visit or a sitting, not access to software. The flagship is a Backup Feature Usage Review. The others exist because some teams only need one path witnessed, a shared reading of an existing note, or a return visit on the calendar.
Flagship engagement
Two or three ordinary workdays spent beside the people who run backup and recovery, with a written note of which features they reach for, skip, or work around.
Observed restore
A half-day sitting with an operator through one recovery path, from the first menu to the last confirmation, with a short path sheet afterwards.
Findings session
A sitting with managers to read an existing usage note aloud, mark which unused recovery features still matter, and agree who will watch those steps next.
Return visit
A planned return to the same operators to see whether the recovery steps you marked after a review are now part of ordinary work.
We do not sell licences, run overnight copy jobs for you, or write a recovery manual from a blank page. If you need those, another firm should do them. A usage review can sit beside that work: we still only record how backup and recovery features are used once they exist on the screen.
If you are unsure which booking fits, describe the application and the week on the contact page. We will say whether a full review, a walkthrough, or a briefing is the honest next step.
