A planned return to the same operators to see whether the recovery steps you marked after a review are now part of ordinary work.
A Quarterly Usage Check-in is a return to the same room, the same application, and as far as possible the same operators. We are looking for whether the recovery steps you marked after the first briefing now appear in ordinary work.
The comparison is modest on purpose. If a confirmation dialog is still skipped, the new note says so in the same words as the last one, so you can see the difference without a new vocabulary.
Who it is for
Teams that have already completed a usage review and want the same observers back on a calendar, not a one-off visit.
The record you leave with
A short comparison note against the previous visit: which marked features appeared, which still did not, and what the operators said about the gap.
Scope
One day per quarter at the same site and application, unless you change the brief in writing.
Included
- A date held in the Klang diary
- One observation day with the same note style as the original review
- A comparison paragraph against the last visit
Not included
- Unlimited call-outs between quarters
- Staff replacement if your operators change without notice
- New applications added mid-year without a fresh intake
Who attends from Backup Vertex Base
The practitioner who wrote the original note, when their diary allows.
How the work proceeds
- We hold four dates after the first review.
- Each visit repeats the observation method, not a new questionnaire.
- The comparison note is sent before the next date.
Time
One day per visit, four visits in a working year.
Where we work
The same site as the original review unless you move house.
What to prepare
The marked list of features from the last briefing, and operators who still do the work.
Limits
A check-in is not a substitute for a first review. We will not start a quarterly series without a baseline note.
Rates
From RM 3,400 per visit when four visits are agreed after a review. Single return days are quoted on their own.
