Feature Adoption Briefing
A sitting with managers to read an existing usage note aloud, mark which unused recovery features still matter, and agree who will watch those steps next.
A Feature Adoption Briefing is a reading, not a lecture. We sit with the people who own the application and the people who press the restore buttons, and we go through the usage note line by line.
The aim is agreement on which unused backup or recovery features still deserve attention, and which were never going to be used on a busy shift. You leave with a marked copy, not a new product list.
Who it is for
Department heads who have a usage note from us, or a comparable internal record, and need a shared reading with operations.
The record you leave with
A marked copy of the note plus a one-page list of features you still want watched.
Scope
Ninety minutes to two hours. We brief from a note that already exists; we do not gather new observations in this sitting.
Included
- Preparation of the note for a mixed audience of managers and operators
- The briefing itself, in English, Bahasa Malaysia, or both
- A marked copy returned within three working days
Not included
- New field observation
- Training courses
- Vendor presentations
Who attends from Backup Vertex Base
Nur Aisyah Rahman, with Tan Wei Ming when the original observation was his.
How the work proceeds
- We confirm who will be in the room.
- We read the note feature by feature.
- You mark which unused steps still matter for the next quarter.
